While it can feel somewhat reassuring at the time of purchase, it adds to the costs when you have to make a return. I paid $16 to send my product back via UPS and then learned the nine dollars of shipping insurance was not refunded, so in total I spent about $30 on shipping matters.

I just need it in a small.

And the post office still gets its packages thru!

Would be nice if you’d offer customers a refund instead of store credit only for full priced items
