Return Policy
At Jackie Z Style Co., we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t perfect, eligible items may be returned for store credit only within 14 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, all items must meet the following requirements:
- Returned within 14 days of delivery.
- In new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition with original tags attached.
- Store credit only will be issued — refunds to original payment methods are not available.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
- Final Sale Items — including sale items, bathing suits, and lingerie — are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns not meeting these conditions will be sent back to the customer.
- Refused or unclaimed packages are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus all related shipping costs.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed; a store credit will be issued instead.
- All returns and exchanges are at the sole discretion of Jackie Z Style Co.
How to Return Merchandise
No need to email or call for approval — simply follow these steps:-
Use your order number as your RA (Return Authorization) number.
Example: Order #29876 → RA #29876. - Package your return securely with all original tags attached and a copy of your order (or a note with your name, address, phone number, email, and reason for return).

Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit will be issued within 2–3 business days.You’ll receive an email notification once the credit has been applied.
