Jackie Z Style Co. is a women’s and men’s specialty boutique located in St. Petersburg, Florida owned by myself, Jackie Zumba. Jackie Z’s is known for unique designer clothing, shoes and accessories. Our exceptional customer service and ability to develop long lasting multi generational relationships is renowned not only in the area but throughout the country.
I always have loved fashion even as a little growing up on Long Island. Being a short train ride from New York City, the fashion capitol of the world, helped intensify this fondness and appreciation. After relocating to the West Coast of Florida as a young adult, I started my own marketing company. However my love of clothes, accessories and shoes never disapaited. I decided to transition my marketing career into one that centered strictly around fashion. Jackie Z’s had its modest beginnings in 2011 with my first boutique which was a 1200 sq foot store located in Sarasota, Florida. After less than a year with its popularity growing I realized this small space was not enough. Word was spreading through out the west coast of Florida about a “cool little store” in Sarasota that not only offered different upscale merchandise, but also exceptional customer service to match. Soon a bigger store space was found near exclusive downtown Sarasota and "Jackie Z Style Co” was born. Within a year I met my husband Brian and we immersed ourselves 100% into making the store a true fashion destination.
In 2012 once again due to the success of the store a new location was sought out. Needing more space and wanting to increase the store’s visibility the opportunity arose to relocate Jackie Z and its offices to its current location in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. The store carries a wide range of clothing and accessories for women and men. Our unique and clearly defined taste is exhibited throughout the store. We make our selections for the store during all encompassing buying trips primarily to New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Miami. One can find the latest Gucci sunglasses, belts, handbags and wallets at Jackie Z. There are well thought out and curated selections from the Valentino rock stud collection, Camilla, the hottest new jeans from Frame denim and Joe’s Jeans, cool t-shirts from Psycho Bunny and an extensive selection of our extremely popular own Jackie Z label men’s suits and dress shirts. Other recognizable brands on display are Alice & Olivia, Bailey 44, Jovani, French Connection, Melissa Shoes, Ted Baker, Stone Rose, Maceo, Vince, Swims Shoes, Monfrere and Slide Belts.
Jackie Z Style Co continues to grow in leaps and bounds, ever expanding. Brian and I now have a five year old daughter named Ansley and we reside in St. Petersburg. Even though aspects of our lives have changed one thing has not: our passion and commitment to making Jackie Z a uniques fashion destination.
